Office space, retail storefronts, warehouses, industrial properties, hospitality real estate and commercial land can be presented to local and international buyers and tenants. Clear prices and property information
The commercial listing format separates building floor area from land area, displays total asking prices and price per square meter, and identifies monthly rent, maintenance and other charges. Owners and authorized representatives handle negotiations, due diligence, contracts and payments directly. No transaction commission is charged by Link2Paradise.
Annual advertising plans
The following plans cover advertising exposure, not property purchases or rent. Each property requires review; a property advertised for both sale and lease uses one slot. Properties remain allocated for the annual term.
